Educational Support

Education is a fundamental pillar of human life, and without access to proper education at the right time, communities cannot reach their full potential. Unfortunately, in many parts of the world, especially in developing countries, numerous families living in rural areas face significant barriers to education. These families often lack basic educational facilities, and in many cases, they do not have the financial means to send their children to school or afford necessary learning materials and tuition fees. Additionally, children with disabilities often require specialized educational support, which is not always available.
Candle of Hope International (COHI) has received a flood of applications from such families and communities seeking educational assistance. We carefully review and assess each application, allocating grants based on the availability of funds. The impact of these grants has been profound, with many families seeing significant improvements in their children's education. In some cases, we have even provided scholarships to help students continue their studies. This is an ongoing project, and if you would like to get involved and make a difference, please reach out to us through our "Contact Us" page. Together, we can help empower future generations through education.

Widow Welfare

Widows often face immense challenges, particularly in communities where social support systems are weak, and financial stability is a constant struggle. Many widows, especially in rural areas, find themselves without a source of income or proper means to care for their families, leading to cycles of poverty and vulnerability. Candle of Hope International (COHI) recognizes the importance of providing these women with the support they need to regain their independence and dignity. Through our ongoing widow welfare project, we aim to offer financial assistance and healthcare to widows in need. We receive numerous requests from widows who seek help to rebuild their lives, and COHI carefully evaluates each case to allocate grants based on available resources. The impact of this project has been transformative, with many women gaining the skills and resources to become financially independent and support their families. This project continues to grow, and if you wish to contribute or learn more, please reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page. Together, we can bring hope and empowerment to widows in need.
